Sundial Bridge

The Sundial Bridge arches over the Sacramento River gracefully with its glass and granite walkway, supported by cabling, steel trusses, and concrete. Located in the Turtle Bay Exploration Park, this free-standing bridge features plaza areas where visitors can enjoy the view from the river’s edge. True to its namesake, the bridge also has a 217-foot pylon that marks sundial time along one of the plaza borders.
