Working at IASCO Flight Training was a great way for me to get prepared for a career in the airlines. IASCO has company procedures, flight Profiles and a Dispatch department which are similar to airline operations. When I was hired at Horizon Airlines, I felt much more prepared having gained experience working at IFT than if I was a flight instructor teaching at a Part 61 Flight School.
